Yes. The first 30-minute consultation costs nothing, and there is no commitment to book afterwards. We don't believe in charging for a conversation that helps you decide whether to work with us.
For weddings — 6 months out is comfortable, 3 months is workable, anything under 6 weeks gets tight. For corporate events — 6 to 8 weeks is ideal. For social celebrations — 4 weeks is usually enough. We will tell you honestly if your timeline is too compressed for us to do the event justice.
Yes. We've delivered events across West Bengal — in Howrah, Durgapur, Siliguri, and Bardhaman amongst other places. For destination weddings outside the state, get in touch and we'll discuss the scope. We don't take on every location — only ones where we can match the same standard.
Just the basics — what kind of event, roughly when, roughly how many guests, and your event budget if you have one. Everything else, we work out together.
No — and we'd be cautious of anyone who would. Premium event planning needs vendor coordination, venue research, and a bit of design thinking before a number can be honest. We'd rather take 5 working days and give you a real proposal than throw a guess at you in 30 minutes.
No. The full written proposal is free. You owe us nothing until you sign and pay the booking advance.
